PCard  Cutoff Dates for FY26

Understanding PCard dates is important to being a complaint cardholder.  The Cutoff Date is the last day of the billing cycle.  It falls on the 15th of every month.  The Verifications Due Date is the last business day of each month.  All charges with a transaction date of the 15th or earlier must be verified by the Verifications Due Date.  We recommend that cardholders get in the habit of verifying all their outstanding transactions on a weekly basis.
