Formal Bids (RFP/IFB)
Invitation for Bid (IFB): Solicitations for which total price exceeds $75,000 - to be awarded based on lowest price.
Request for Proposal (RFP): Solicitations which rely on weighted selection critera rather than price alone. Pricing is weighted at a minimum of 30%.
Average Process Time:
- IFB - one (1) to two (2) months
- RFP - three (3) to twelve (12) months
- RFP/IFB Procurement Lead Time
